One of the jewels of the Eastern Cape, the St.Francis and Cape St.Francis areas, form part of the Kouga region and PMG manages various large community schemes in this area. These include a private airport, a large resort and various estates on the Kromme River.

Martie Barnard was one of the original partners of PMG, and was the office manager for 23 years until she passed away in 2020. She was in the property business for more than 25 years and her knowledge was a cornerstone for the business. PMG has a highly skilled team of 9 employees. These include four dedicated financial administrators, an insurance liaison person and three dedicated portfolio managers.
PMG has established a partnership with some of the Kouga blue-chip firms; these include CW Malan and Hermann Pieterse Attorneys who handle the legal aspects, and Moore inc and Ecat Accounting that looks after the auditing
